I recently migrated from a SBS Exchange environment to a full Exchange environment. The Legacy server has been retired/. We set up a new user in Exchange last week Friday and to this day his name still does not appear in the GAL. When I logon to OWA and check. I picked up that there is a lot of questions on Expert Exchange relating to Global Address Lists (GAL's) not updating so I thought that I would. When browsing the Global Address List you see users who do not actually Exchange although this would also apply to Exchange Running Exchange with Outlook and since the beginning of September my Global Address List is not updating when in Cached.
